How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email when your order is being shipped (approx 3-5 days). We will give you the necessary instructions on how to track your order.
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Thereafter, it should take between 7 and 10 working days until you receive your order.
Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end as well as some delays due to an upcoming holiday season. Rest assured that you can get a real-time update of your order through the tracking number we will send you.
What should I do if the received item is damage?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to email@example.com
Can I get replacement for the damaged item?
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
